BOOKING PROCESS

  1. Select your desired keepsakes below by adding them to your cart + checking out (your total will display as $0.00; individual pricing is listed within each product description).

  2. After checking out, you will receive an e-mail with 4 important documents: an itemized invoice, a booking deposit form, a contract, and detailed shipping instructions. Once we receive your returned, signed documents, your booking is complete!

  3. Mail us your flowers.

  4. Hang tight for up to 6 months while we commemorate your special day.

  5. You will receive photos of your finalized keepsakes. At this time, your final balance is due. Once final payment has been received, your items will be carefully shipped back to you for you to enjoy for years to come!

  • Don’t worry! We love preserving air-dried florals. For florals that you have already dried yourself, you may select any of our 3d preservation options below.

  • A 35% non-refundable deposit is required for all flower preservations. This deposit is non-refundable and it will apply to your final balance. Full payment is due when your order is complete. Your final balance, less the deposit, is the amount due before your items are carefully shipped back to you.

    We have a shop minimum of $300 per order. If your total is less than $300, a $50 pressing fee will be applied to your final total.

  • Our turnaround time is 6 months from the date of your event. This is outlined in our contract.

    Ship us your bouquet

    Next day / overnight your flowers to our design studio.

    Please keep in mind that pressing quality will lessen as more time passes. Please make arrangements to ship your bouquet to me before your event: make a plan with a bridesmaid/parent/trusted friend.

    Shipping costs

    The client is responsible for all shipping fees.

    The cost of shipping your flowers to me varies: USPS has the most conservative pricing, ranging from $75-$100; UPS and FedEx typically range from $100-$200+.

    Use this USPS pricing calculator to get an estimate for shipping price based on your location and package size. Our shipping zip code is 75423.

    There is a $40 flat rate shipping fee to return finished keepsakes back to you. These shipments are insured, valued at the cost of your final invoice rounded up.

  • We offer zoom consultations for clients who want to confirm or critique our design before it is finalized. There is a $25 fee for video consultations.
